Booking Policy

Our salon policy requires that you pay 50% of the service upfront to secure your booking slot. This is to protect our salon's schedule, and the remainder will be paid at the end of your treatment. We understand that schedules can change, so we request at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within same day.
